Installment 5

In this series, I am going to cover numerous work from home ideas that will not break the bank to get started in.

Yet again we are going to continue exploring more options to work at home doing things you enjoy.  I am sure at this point, we have covered many different possibilities that you had never considered before, and hopefully I am able to continue stretching your imagination.

Doll clothes are something that does not seem to be going out of demand anytime soon.  With a new generation of girls born continuously, the demand for the baby doll is always in popular demand with unique and reasonably priced clothing for that special doll always a great option.  Want to take it a step further?  Off the option to make a matching outfit for the child also, that way child and doll can both dress alike.  Popular doll options that have fairly standard sizes but highly priced retail clothes include Cabbage Patch, Barbie and American Girl dolls.  More exist but these are some of the most popular with standard sizes. 

Advertising at craft shows, flea markets and at consignment shops is likely to yield great results to help spark the doll clothes craze for your business.  Of course as with all businesses a portfolio of designs and business cards are great steps towards marketing success.

Jewelry is always popular with almost any female and depending upon the design and style men like some tasteful jewelry as well.  I have an Aunt who enjoys making bracelets and earring sets that she happily displays in my Uncle’s Art Gallery where he displays some of his custom furniture pieces.  She simply ships him a new supply every few weeks when she has more ready, and the racks need to be restocked.  Consignment shops would be a great place to check with to sell your jewelry, as well as once again craft shows and flea markets. 

Making best friend pairs, mother/daughter sets and other ideas is another great niche to break into so that your moneymaking options are greatly increased.  Look for your super creative and stylish side when designing new pieces for the best results.

The fisherman at heart who is also creative may enjoy making some unique and striking fishing lures.  Who better to design fishing lures than those who fish themselves?  Break into something creative to encourage those fishies to start biting and raking in some dough to help finance your own fishing habits. 

Supply and demand may take a while to build up, but this is something that can easily be done in some free time using a few hours a week to produce a good stock of supply to sell.  Word of mouth advertising is likely to be your best bet here, with a few promotional pieces given away to help spark people talking to help get the words moving from fisherman to fisherman.
