Most consumers scour the internet frantically looking for a great deal on the products they want.  Especially electronics, but how well do you look into the company before clicking on the Checkout button?  There are several websites out that are designed to assist the consumer in choosing the merchant to shop with wisely.  While you are free to choose your own merchant, it is best to choose the merchant after informing yourself fully of the pros and cons of that retailer. 

Site #1.  BizRate.com this is one of the business review sites that also doubles as a price comparison site.  How great is that?  The reviews on this site are given by people just like you who have shopped with each of the businesses on the site, so you are able to hear and read about real life situations and potential problems in dealing with the companies. 

Site #2.  EPublicEye.com is another merchant review site.  This site is not as extensive as some; however, the information on each merchant is a bit more detailed.  The site also lists and gives information about online scams and fraud.  Their goal is to help widely protect the consumer so you can make well-informed choices.

Site #3.  PlanetFeedback.com is a bit different.  This site allows you to view information about various companies, however the difference is, as you submit your own review, whether good or bad, it is passed along to the company you are reviewing.  This is a wonderful feature that most sites do not offer.  However, if a company continuously notices bad reviews coming in, it can be the push to help them resolve their bad issues. 

Site #4.  ResellerRatings.com is another review site.  The catch to this site is, the only reviews they offer are those merchants who are a member of their site.  This makes the possibility to review all stores well a bit narrow, however to those that are members they offer a good review source to help with decisions.

Site #5.  SimplyQuick.com is the final site that I will discuss.  This site is a bit different from others that it also includes the reviews of the company based off the reviews from Market Research Companies so that you are able to get a professional and consumer opinion of the company all at once.
