If you enjoy being mobile and still being able to check your e-mail this is wonderful it supports 802.11b as well as Bluetooth wireless technology, you are never without internet with the abundance of hotspots that are springing up across the country lately.  Many restaurants as well as bookstores provide free wi-fi spots for a quick e-mail check or to check the latest stock quotes.  If you need a more stable internet connection check with your cellular phone company, many offer wireless internet options that you can use if you are willing to spend the money, which will keep your Axim constantly connected to the internet. 

Gone are the days of the grayscale screens, the Axim features a 3.7” color TFT display with 640x480 resolution.  This is a great picture that you can adjust depending upon lighting conditions as well as the condition of your eyes.  Most people are huge fans of the ability to customize their computers, so why should your Axim be any different?  It comes loaded with 3 themes that changes the colors, and background picture, however for less than $10 you can purchase numerous theme software packages that will give you more than 10,000 different themes to choose from, so your Axim can always reflect your own personal style.
