Most guys will tell you that as the time comes to make a baby that it is either the best time of your life, or the worst. Which it is for you depends upon your attitude as you enter this fun time, if you see it as a chore it will not be as much fun, if you view it as a great opportunity to spice up your sex life it will be a lot of fun. Read on for some tips and suggestions on how to survive the conception easily and without a headache and regretting to have a baby. Tip #1. Positions are important and not all at the same time. What I mean by this is, the position in which you have sex can increase the chances of your wife becoming pregnant. Missionary is typically the best position, especially with a pillow or something else to elevate the legs and hold the pelvis up high. This will increase the chances of your sperm reaching her eggs and a pregnancy resulting. The correct position will not under any circumstances determine whether you have a boy or a girl. No sex position is ever going to be able to determine that no matter what, so do not waste your time hoping for it. Best to stick to neutral colors and wait to pick out baby names until after the ultrasound.
Tip #2. What you eat will not affect the gender of the baby either, nor will wearing your lucky underwear or anything else make you have a girl over a boy or vice versa. You can still eat what you like without fearing it will affect the babies’ gender. There is no scientific or medical basis that gives humans the ability to change or determine the gender of children.
Tip #3. If you tell your friends that you are trying for a baby, be prepared for the gossip. Consider how the gossip will affect your wife as well as yourself. Most women are not comfortable with the idea of being gossiped about. Make sure you have both discussed and agreed upon whether to tell friends and family. In addition, there is neither reason nor need to tell everyone when you are leaving a place what you are going home to do. That is not a visual picture that most people want, or even need to visualize.
Tip #4. Taking a break between baby attempts is good to help you recoup your energy. While during the process of making a baby you will likely be having sex more than ever before, you do need to get plenty of rest. As well as your wife needs her rest. Pregnancy can take a toll on the body, you want to make sure she is eating well and sleeping well before she gets pregnant. Which should also be a priority for yourself. You need to take good care of yourself so you do not hit fatigue before baby is even born, there will be plenty of sleepless nights after delivery.
These tips and suggestions are helpful whether it is your first attempt at children or whether you are trying for your fifth child. A good time should be had by everyone involved in this process. Sit back, enjoy yourself, and have a great time, this can be the most fun you have had in a long time with the right attitude. |
